  • We are proud to say our T-shirts go from size XS - XXXL.

    All T-Shirts are an oversized fit to ensure comfort, confidence and style.

    Please see description under each T-Shirt item to view size guide of our beautiful models for reference.

  • SOUL NOTES:
    Soul notes are handmade and sent from our home office in Perth, WA.

    Please see Aus Post for accurate shipping times to your location.

    We endeavour to create and send out your Soul Notes within 1-3 business days.


    T-SHIRTS:
    As part of Hold & Heals values, we have decided to create all T-Shirts as a made to order bases.
    This choice was made to help reduce waste and excess clothing landfill.

    Because of this, shipping times may vary.

    We ask you to view shipping times on checkout, but on average allow 1-3 weeks for all Australian orders.

    T-Shirts will be made and sent directly to you from our producers.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding with our choices to create a happier and cleaner world <3
